On the fourteenth day we went to Lake Eyre and when we got to a certain spot we got our drone out and we flew it. This incredible lake only fils up once every 50 years or so. There was no water in it this time so we walked out on it and we saw how much salt was in it. It was like a huge snow field! Lake Eyre was discovered by Edward John Eyre in 1840 when he went exploring for water 💦. And this is what he said "With bitter feelings of disappointment I turned from the dreary and cheerless scene around me."
